Below you’ll find all the essential information about how your beautiful art prints are produced, packaged, and shipped to you — no matter where you are in the world. Where We Ship, Processing & Fulfillment Details � � Where We Ship We currently ship worldwide through Printify’s extensive network of printing partners. No matter where you live, there’s a good chance we can deliver to you. Please note: Some countries may be restricted due to local carrier limitations, customs issues, or embargoes. If your country isn’t supported, you’ll be notified during checkout. � � Made-to-Order Fulfillment Every art print is custom-made just for you — which means there’s no mass production or waste. We work with Printify, a trusted print-on-demand platform that connects with printing facilities across the globe to bring you museum-quality art. ● Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and printed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). ● Each item goes through quality control before being packaged and dispatched. ● The closest fulfillment center to your delivery address is automatically selected to reduce shipping time and cost. Printify partners operate from facilities in the USA, UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Czech Republic, and beyond, depending on item availability and your location. � � Packaging Information To protect your prints: ● Smaller prints are shipped flat in rigid mailers. ● Larger prints are carefully rolled and shipped in durable mailing tubes. ● Packaging may vary slightly depending on the print provider and product dimensions, but all are designed to protect your artwork from bending, moisture, and damage. Shipping Times, Costs, Tracking & Carriers ⏱ Estimated Delivery Times (After Production) Shipping times depend on your region and the chosen print provider’s location: Region USA Canada UK & Europe Estimated Delivery Time 3–7 business days 5–10 business days 5–10 business days Australia & NZ 7–15 business days Rest of World 10–20 business days These delivery windows are estimates. Actual times may vary due to postal delays, holidays, customs, or high seasonal volume. � � Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on: ● Your location ● The size and weight of your order ● The print provider's pricing structure You’ll see the full shipping cost before payment. � � Occasional free shipping promotions may be available — subscribe to our newsletter so you don’t miss them! � � Tracking Your Order ● When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier info. ● You can track your shipment via the link provided or through your local postal carrier once it arrives in your country. Tracking is included for most orders. For some international destinations or economy shipping options, full tracking may not be available. � � Carriers & Fulfillment Partners (via Printify) Your order may be shipped via: ● USPS, FedEx, DHL, Royal Mail, DPD, Canada Post, or other region-specific services. ● Printify chooses the best carrier based on price, speed, and reliability. Sisandart is not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to sender: ● We can reship it after confirming your address and charging a new shipping fee. � � Damaged or Defective Prints If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error: 1. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging. 2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email]. 3. We will file a claim with Printify and issue a free replacement.
