Welcome to Sisandart! By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the sale of art prints produced and fulfilled via Printify, our third-party print-on-demand provider.

1. 💼 General

This website is operated by Sisanda. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Sisandart. By visiting our site and purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. 🖼 Product Information

All of our art prints are made-to-order using Printify’s print-on-demand network. While we strive to display our prints as accurately as possible, colors may appear slightly different in real life due to screen settings and printing variations.

3. 🛍 Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled by Printify through their global network of print partners. Once you place an order:

• Production takes approximately 2–5 business days.

• After production, the order is shipped to you according to the estimated delivery times listed in our Shipping Policy.

We cannot modify or cancel your order once it has entered production.

4. 🚚 Shipping

Shipping is handled by Printify’s network of print providers and their third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. We are not responsible for delays due to customs, postal issues, or other factors beyond our control.

5. 📦 Returns & Replacements

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

• Provide clear photos of the issue.

• A free replacement will be arranged by Printify.

We reserve the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet these criteria.

All artworks sold on this website are the intellectual property of Sisandart and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our express written consent.
